This is an NGO serving children and adults affected by the AIDS crisis in Kampala. This summer, they need assistance in marketing and branding, general IT support, grant writing support and fundraising strategy, bookkeeping support, and strategic planning on HR and operations.

This is a NGO providing literacy and education programs for vulnerable children. This summer, they need assistance in finance and accounting and a volunteer engagement strategy.

2011: Emmanuel Ministries Calcutta
An organization dedicated to serving at risk children, they provide advocacy and support to street children, victims of sex trafficking, and child labors. They need help in doing a capacity assessment on staff development potential and needs, conducting a marketing strategy, and developing a microfinance methodology.

An organization dedicated to developing spiritual leads among college students, they need help with developing a communications strategy for their donors, conducting strategic planning for the next 5 years, and developing a customer relationship management (CRM) tool.

A long time Synergy client, CSS provides micro loans, education, health care, and relief programs. This year, they need support with auditing their Loan Tracking System, developing a fund raising strategy, and financial planning and forecasting.

2010: Emmanuel Ministries
Emmanuel Ministries is a non-profit organization that has a heart to serve the poor people of India. Through different programs, Emmanuel Ministries is able to free girls from sex slavery, offer free schooling to underprivileged kids, provide day care centers for the local infants, and run a detoxification clinic. By the grace of God, Emmanuel has been able to fight for social justice as well as build the Kingdom of God.

2010: CSS India
Christian Service Society (CSS) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) conducting micro-finance operations in Greater Kolkata, India. They currently have more than 9000 beneficiaries who receive an average loan of $50.
In addition to micro-finance, CSS is engaged in a wide range of charitable activities such as childcare, emergency relief, healthcare, education, elderly care, youth training and religious activities. The funding for these activities is generated from a monthly donation that is paid by beneficiaries to CSS when a loan is being re-paid.
