BASICS International is a registered 501(C)(3) in the USA and recognized as a NGO in Ghana. BASICS International is committed to implementing programs in Africa to empower individuals permanently not temporary.

Donor and Volunteer Outreach Strategy
- Document current-state of donor and volunteer outreach activities
- Determine future-state strategy on donor and volunteer outreach
- Develop implementation plan towards future-state strategy
Donor Profiling and Segmentation
- Develop and deliver a primer on donor outreach strategy tailored to BASIC’s unique challenges.
- Develop a donor segmentation and fundraising diversification strategy.
Grant Writing and Proposal Development
- Develop grant writing templates and collaborate with BASICS staff to complete identified grant submissions.
Organizational Sustainability
- Understand BASICS programs, activities, and operating context
- Develop a 3-year business plan for organizational growth and sustainability
