Andrew Wen
Board Member
Andrew received his MBA from Columbia Business School and BSE in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University. Andrew has served in diverse roles like Chief Technology Officer and Product Manager and has solid experience as a consultant. Andrew served as Director of Business Development for Synergy Ministries between 2003 and 2007.

Andy Michaels
Board Member
Andy received his BS in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He is a 10 year veteran of the technology industry in both systems development and information technology. He began with Synergy Ministries as a missionary in 2003. In 2004, he served on the directorial staff, and he assumed the role of Executive Director in 2005. Andy served as a music leader at the Chinese Christian Church of New Jersey between 2003 and 2006.

Michael Kuo
Chairman of the Board
Michael received his MBA from Columbia Business School and BS from the Wharton School. He has spent a decade working in Business and IT consulting. He founded Synergy Ministries in 1999 and served as Executive Director until 2005 when he shifted to Chairman of the board after joining the Session of Emmanuel Presbyterian Church, NYC. Michael is an Elder in the Presbyterian Church of America
